But I thought it was worth a mention simply because I really liked the way the outgoing model looked.<br /><br />When it was first released, it looked bold and distinctive, whilst keeping it's curves and lines in good proportion. It even looked pretty good in white.<br /><br />The new model looks more conservative, less 'out there'. However, the real story is the 2008 release of the coupe version (pictured above). Reported to be powered by the 3.5 litre V6 engine from Nissan's 350Z at the top end of range, with more conventional turbocharged, four cylinder petrol and diesel versions to cover less expensive tastes, the radical concept will be offered with a six-speed auto or manual 'box. What we have here is a military Humvee barging it's way down a busy street.
